We demolished the existing house on the property of Caren and Greg. They didn't live in the house but Caren ran a successful boutique business in the building for many years before deciding to retire and make Solomons Island her permanent home. Caren brought a lot of interesting ideas to the build which made the finished project a home on Solomons Island that she and Greg will enjoy living in for many years to come.
