After a few meetings with Malyna and Greg, we were able to work out a few gray areas on the plans and listening to their ideals and needs for their new renovation.


We were able to build their existing three bedroom waterfront house into a five bedroom house which we were able to add a garage, expand the first floor with a spacious kitchen and living/family room area with a full bath. We added a large maintenance free deck off the living area with views of the back creek.


The second floor carries the master bedroom/bathroom suite with walk-in closet and covered cantilevered deck looking over the water with an additional four  bedrooms with full bathroom and media area.
