Owning this hoe for years, the homeowners decided it was time to demo and rebuild their waterfront home, located on the beautiful Patuxent River. 


Once we were able to get through the permitting process, we were able to demo the existing house and work off of the existing footprint to build them a one level home with a master bedroom/bathroom suite including two additional bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry area, large kitchen and living area with beautiful views of the Patuxent River.


We added a garage with expanding maintenance free decks with trex railings, standing seam metal roof, Andersen windows and doors, and Certainteed vinyl siding.


It was a pleasure working with Jim and Marilyn on building their new waterfront home and building a place for many family gatherings and years of enjoyment to follow.
